The highly anticipated course, "Restore Your Zest for Life: An 8 Week Journey to Health and Wellness", is launching in January 2025!

Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll embark on a journey designed to help you break free from unhealthy habits, reset your mindset, and create lasting change. This course blends practical strategies with expert insights to empower you to take control of your health—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We’ll start by exploring behaviour change, motivation, and goal setting—laying a strong foundation for lasting transformation. From there, we’ll dive into building healthy habits and fostering a positive mindset that sticks, all while removing what no longer serves you.

Next, we’ll focus on nutrition—learning how to balance your plate and your blood sugars, while supporting digestive health. You’ll discover how to nourish your body with whole foods and smart meal planning, giving you the tools to thrive.

Wellness eat well healthy

As we progress, we’ll explore critical areas like gut health, immunity, hormone balancemental well-being, and relationships and commnication— all essential for true, sustainable wellness​.

 

By the end of the course, you’ll leave equipped with your very own personal wellness toolkit, designed to help you sustain these changes long after the course ends. This is more than just a course— whether you're looking to increase your energy levels, manage your weight, or simply feel better every day - this is a comprehensive journey to help restore your zest for life and achieve vibrant health that lasts.

I have created different levels of the course to make it as accessible as possible, no matter your needs or budget. Whether you’re looking for a core learning experience or a fully personalised journey with extra support, there’s a plan to suit you.​​​

 

Each level of the course is available either online or in person. The in person courses will have set start dates, with the first course for 2025 running from the 6th January. Online you can sign up and start any time you wish (after 6th January 2025). You can purchase the plans at the bottom of this page, or if you would prefer a payment plan then please reach out through the 'contact' page, so this can be arranged. 

Course Plans

8 in person group sessions (In person plan only).

Core Plan

Everything in the Core Plan, plus:

A course workbook – with a dedicated section per week of the course, this highlights the main points from the session (to save you writing notes) and provides extra resources to help complete the sessions activities at home.

Access to a WhatsApp group – A dedicated WhatsApp group for your course dates only. Easily reach out to your fellow participants and have direct access to the course leader for priority support (In person plan only).

Enhanced Plan

Everything in the Enhanced Plan, plus:

Meal plans and recipes.

An in-person or virtual one-on-one Health MOT (worth £100) - a powerful way to kickstart your journey. By identifying any underlying imbalances early on, you’ll gain deeper insight into your own health. This means you can tailor everything you learn in the course to your unique needs, helping you achieve more personalised and effective outcomes—faster and with lasting impact.

Pro Plan

With the Enhanced and Pro Plans, you’ll also have access to a WhatsApp group where you can easily reach out to your fellow participants or course leader with any questions.

​With every in person course you also have access to the online content. This provides a hybrid model of the course, where you can attend in person when you can, or watch the online content if you have to miss a session.
